Development Goals for version 0.8.0


You know, I know that this game has something special to it, but nobody pays for it, so I keep putting off updates. I'm really sorry about that, and I hope to make some amends for that soon.

I would like to get another update for OHYAD out before the end of the year, but I can't promise one. Still - since this game has some popularity, I'll tell you what I'd like to get into it as soon as I can:

Music - I have a track or two in the works, actually. I'm improving quite a bit with the BucketONE as a VST.

Combat - it's still on my mind, but the specifics are what's important. I may actually have to implement it in phases, due to some problems with automatic or timed features in TWINE/Sugarcube.

Growth - When Amazons buy any item that buffs them up, they were always intended to use it right away. Why wouldn't they? This was a feature I was planning for, but avoiding having to implement right away. I'd like to get that growth into the game ASAP.

More AI Placeholder Art - I had prepared a lot of art, but much of it was for battle. I will try to task out backgrounds for locations for 0.8.0.
