Development Progress in RenPy and TCoN

It's not dead, but it's slow moving.

My RenPy work on Isle of Power is going to transfer a lot of know-how into The Crown of Narsine. That's not just talk - I have a ton of Python and RenPy code that's nearly ready to copy and paste right into the project.

I want this to be a serious game. Anybody can learn some RenPy basics and throw some images together. I am working on a lot of color and look customization using RenPy's existing capabilities. I want screens and controls that make this feel like a game rather than "is another vn". I want reasons to struggle and treat the game as a long term investment for players. I want writing and scenes that reward the player for their struggle. I want a consistent visual and musical style. This all takes work and investments in my own craft, and probably a lot of money.

The plan for this project is to get it to a prototype and demo and then consider crowdfunding the necessary parts that I just can't do by myself. I am a writer, programmer, composer, and idea person, but I'm not an artist. I want this project to be a creative and commercial success for me, so I ask for your support and patience among all my projects, since I would consider this one an important one.
